Return Policy

To protect consumer rights, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return & Exchange Period

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days after receiving the item (counted from the delivery date).

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Please note: Items that are used, damaged, or with missing packaging may not qualify for return or exchange.


2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Items are in original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  2. Original packaging, labels, gifts, and invoice are included

  3. Items are not damaged or lost due to personal reasons

Customized, discounted, or promotional items may not be eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before purchase.


3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service email to submit a return/exchange request, including order number, product name, and reason.

  2. After approval, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Send the item back to the designated address (see shipping fee information below).

  4. Once the item is verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or ship the replacement item.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Returns or exchanges due to product defects or shipping damage will be covered by us.

  • Returns for personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure a smooth return process.


5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verifying the returned item.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other).

  • Cross-border orders may experience slight delays due to bank or payment platform processing times.
